Issues Log English Template

Issues Log is a fundamental document for continuous improvement in the projects.

Through it, you will see all of the issues / problems occurred in your project and the way in which they were resolved.

We also use the Issues Log with the risk management, since the problems occurred are threats not previously identified during the project planning.
